When my teenagers were forced to stay at home plus continue learning from our house, it threw everything into chaos, and my partner plus I were also told to start laboring from home, so all of us were juggling our own responsibilities while also trying to stay out of each other’s way.
Thankfully, our teenagers are older, so they don’t need to be hovered over for extended periods of time, but in order to make things function better, my buddy and I had to move a lot of furniture around.
My teenagers had desks in their rooms plus my partner plus I each bought a desk for ourselves. There was one designated office, which my partner graciously allowed me to take, he built his desk in our study room. A few weeks into our new arrangement, my buddy and I noticed our utility bill was higher than normal. Then, my buddy and I started noticing that there were certain rooms in our house that weren’t cooling correctly. At first, my partner plus I assumed it was because my buddy and I were all under one roof always plus my buddy and I were possibly throwing the entire Heating plus Air Conditioning system off kilter, one night though, I could hear the A/C component starting plus stopping over the sound of the TV. I also noticed that the study room was growing hot plus warmer each afternoon… Putting two plus two together, I realized that my partner had built his desk over the air vent. All the air was getting trapped underneath plus it was causing our A/C system to chop down. Once my buddy and I moved the desk, our Heating plus Air Conditioning system began running normally again.
