I feel like most people suffer from seasonal dust sensitivities during the Spring when the pollen is shedding… However, I am the opposite, however i find that my seasonal dust sensitivities are the worst during the fall.
I’ve never been particular as to why this is, although I try my best to keep things at bay… There are two things that I do that are the most effective. The first thing I do is change my air filter frequently, then most condo owners tend to replace their air filters twice per year, although I like to change it weekly. This prevents the filter from getting too plugged & it keeps wipe air flowing properly. The second thing I do is run an air cleaner. My HVAC system does it’s best to purify the air, although I take things one step further & roll around a large air cleaner depending on what room I’m using, and when I first bought the air cleaner, I wasn’t sure how much use I’d get out of it. However, after running it for a month & replacing the air filter within it, I was shocked to see what it picked out of the air. The air cleaner entirely goes the extra mile to trap unwanted pollutants floating around the air, and between the weekly air filter replacements & the air cleaner, I’m able to keep the air in my condo wipe & purified, but although it doesn’t take my seasonal dust sensitivities away completely, it keeps them at bay & I’m able to feel good. I wish I would have realized this combination for wipe air a long time ago.
