The Temperature Of A House Is Important When buying

As a professional home stager, I work with customers who are trying to make a fantastic impression plus sell their home in a timely manner for a fantastic profit, but research has shown that homes that are staged professionally are likely to sell for a higher profit by 30%! When I tell people this, they’re eager to sign a contract plus get to work, but i tell all of my customers that staging a home is a lot more than putting pretty furniture pieces into a house, the furniture makes a fantastic impression, but it’s all about making a home feel like home, which includes things like scents plus temperature! A home should stink fantastic plus it should feel comfortable.

I tell homeowners who are looking to sell their house, that the temperature control settings should be moderate, and even if they’re accustomed to keeping their temperature control set to 65 degrees during the afternoon, they should never keep the temperature control settings that low while showing a house.

A lot of people would guess that 65 degrees was too cold, plus they will remember the temperature of the home before remembering all the amazing other things about the house. The same can be said about setting the temperature too high. If a guest is too warm while touring a house, it won’t matter how beautifully the home is staged because they’ll be perspiring… Before letting anyone see the home that I’ve staged, I make sure that the temperature is set to a ordinary setting so everyone will be comfortable plus feel at home.
